Products
All Products contained in the EvakPak are brand new. Most items remain in the original packaging. However, some items may not be in an individual package because they come from the manufacturer in a multipack and are separated for inclusion into the Evakpak.
Warranty:
Any product received that shows signs of abuse or physical damage will NOT be accepted for replacement regardless of any other problem with the product. All products returned that are improperly packaged or damaged in shipping due to improper packaging will be returned to customer with no credits. Proper packaging is determined to be that the product be in its original packaging and in a box with sufficient padding inside the box around the product to prevent damage in transit. EvakPak will not be responsible for loss of usage of products during this period of time nor will a loaner product be made available. Shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility on all returns to EvakPak.
Food products that have an expiration date on them should be used and replaced prior to that date.
Manufacturers Association: EvakPak is not associated, nor claims any association with, any manufacturers’ products we sell. EvakPak is an independent Internet Discount Retailer. EvakPak uses the manufacturers name and trademarks for product recognition only and is not with the intent of showing or representing any association between EvakPak and the manufacturers of the products contained in the Evakpak. Manufacturers Specifications: EvakPak does not guarantee the accuracy of the Manufacturers advertised specifications of the products sold. Specific manufacturer’s products may vary due to availability.
International Sales: EvakPak does not sell or ship internationally at this time. No international credit cards, money orders or cash will be accepted under any circumstances.
