EvakPak is the result of attempts to put together a bag for each of my 4 dogs (all over 100 pounds) so we could “grab it and go” if we had to leave our house in a hurry. I immediately ran into issues- like how do I carry 50 pound bags of food and gallons of water? Where would we buy the food if stores are affected by the same emergency that forced us to leave in the first place?
After much research into products that are reliable and of excellent quality, the EvakPak was assembled, customized for each dog and placed in a convenient spot in our home. There is enough food, water and supplies to keep my dogs alive and healthy for at least a week.
These bags are not for people who are already standing knee deep in flood waters, but for those who have warning time to “grab and go”. Officials are now saying that you should take your pets with you when you leave your house. Then what? How would you feed and water them? How would you keep them safe? The answer is the EvakPak!
